v8.8 - Several more CRM integrations

This release adds support for CRM platforms including MaxMethodology, CRM+ and any LeadConnector HQ-compatible CRM, and improves SMS delivery monitoring and alerting. Infrastructure improvements include upgraded server capacity for North America East.
