How do I get set up?

Get started using the following steps:

1. Using the Google Chrome browser, click here and install our Chrome Extension.
2. Click the CrankWheel button in your browser. It looks like the logo at the top of this page. This will cause the CrankWheel control panel to open.
3. Within the control panel, when prompted, log in (or sign up if this is your first time) by entering your email address. If this is your first time using CrankWheel, check your email inbox for an email from [e-mail] which will contain a button you can click to continue the signup process. If you already have an account for your email, you will receive an email with a PIN number to log in.
4. After you have logged in, click one of the buttons labeled "share a browser tab", "share a program window" or "share full screen" to start sharing content from your screen and to reveal the options for inviting your customer to the screen sharing session.
