v3.1.1.0 - Authentication and user profile bugfixes

There were a few nuisance bugs in our last release, that affected a handful of users. We dealt with these through customer support as well as proactively fixing issues by hand. We also found that our PIN emails were not being formatted correctly in Outlook 2016 and 2019 on Windows. This release has fixes for those issues.
