v5.9 - Performance improvements, alternate public link approach

This version brings significant performance improvements, most of them behind the scenes:

• We now load test for up to 2200 viewers in a multi-viewer meeting
• Webcam overlay is now square for a small performance boost, and other tweaks aim to make the webcam overlay less heavy

There is now an alternative approach available for the public link. Instead of showing a list of available agents, it immediately shows the prospective viewer a number that they should tell their agent, and which the agent types in. User options are now accessible within the self-service site, in addition to via pop-up.
