v7.9 - Further Salesforce integration. Viewers now see each others' webcams

Further Salesforce integration

We now have both types of our CRM integration available for Salesforce, each of which can be independently turned on or off:

  1. Leads to CRM (previously available): Leads captured with Instant Demos can create lead objects in Salesforce and update their state appropriately once contacted.
  2. Meetings to CRM (added today): You can now launch Crankwheel from a lead or contact page in Salesforce, to have the meeting(s) subsequently held tracked back to that lead or contact. This will automatically create an event in Salesforce with that lead or contact with details of the CrankWheel meeting, as well as a link back to CrankWheel's recording of the meeting if the agent made a recording.

Viewers see each others' webcams

When the presenter requests that viewers share their webcams, different viewers can now see each others' webcams when shared (prior to this only the presenter saw all webcams shared). Also, we invite the viewer to share their name when sharing their webcam, or they can stick with a randomly-generated pseudonym. All names are shown overlaid on each viewer's webcam, or in the list of viewers not sharing their webcams. In meetings with many participants, all viewers can still share their webcams and bandwidth usage is optimized by transmitting only webcams each participant is able to see at a given time.

Other notable

One other notable change is that ACA consent forms were updated to allow for both federal and state-based marketplaces.
