We currently support a single form type which is for insurange agents or brokers to gather consent and an attestation of accuracy from their clients. If this is of interest for you, you use it as follows:
- Enable it at the bottom of your user options page (https://meeting.is/ss/user_options) by indicating that you are an agent or broker and filling in the details that appear;
- Use the text message method to get a single viewer joined to your session;
Click the "CMS consent form" button that appears as one of your meeting actions in your - CrankWheel pop-up, and follow the instructions. You and your client will both get a copy of the contract by email once it is signed.
It's good to test this once to your own phone to get a feel for what the experience is like for your client.
We will be making consent and attestation separate things in a release on October 30th, and in addition to our system storing details to verify the validity of the e-signatures, and sending you and your client an email with the signed contract, your session recording will also show when a particular form type has been signed by your client, so that when they sign the attestation form, they are attesting that they verified the information entered thus far (e.g. into the ACA Marketplace) in the session.
