How to uninstall the CrankWheel native helper program on Windows

If you ever enabled remote control on your Windows computer, then as part of that process you would have installed our native helper program.

Here are the steps to uninstall the native helper program, also shown in this video:

  1. Click the following link to download a new copy of the program: https://meeting.is/ss/native_host/CrankWheelHelperProgram.exe 
  2. Click the Start menu button, usually located at the bottom left of your computer screen
  3. Type "cmd" which should momentarily show "Command Prompt" in the start menu, and either click "Open" or hit the Enter/Return key on your keyboard
  4. Once the Command Prompt window opens up, type the following then hit Enter/Return: cd Downloads
  5. Now type the following and then hit Enter/Return: CrankWheelHelperProgram.exe uninstall
  6. A confirmation dialog should show up, indicating that the program has been uninstalled
